ABSTRACT
In order to guarantee that the audience knows which character is speaking, Unrehearsed actors in scenes of more than two characters cross as they begin each line. When the line specifies to whom the character is speaking, the actor crosses to that character. When the line does not address anyone by name or title, the actor crosses to the person who spoke the cue line.
