Introduction Systemic anticancer therapy is a mainstay in the fight against cancer. Chemotherapy is highly effective in attacking tumor cells spread all over the body. However, chemotherapy is sometimes related with significant toxicity.
n In some settings such as large-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), the benefits of chemotherapy are generally much larger than the potential side effects.
