ABSTRACT
One of the most challenging parts of a communication problem is identifying when misunderstanding has started, but not blown up into an obvious crisis. The very nature of miscommunication is a circumstance where each party believes they are understanding and communicating clearly, when in fact something important has been misconstrued or misstated.
