ABSTRACT
Having discussed the evolution of the four TWI programs, Chapters 9 thru 12 will delve deeper into the process for delivering each training program. The goal in these chapters is to provide an idea of what TWI trainers and participants can expect when participating in a TWI program. Before discussing Job Instruction, it is important to revisit some of the common characteristics among the four programs discussed in Chapter 4.
