ABSTRACT

In this practical chapter we give you some detailed checklists for managing pharma projects, beginning first with a very specific and detailed example of over 100 activities for an effective multi-centre clinical trial. This is followed by more general areas such as:

organic development projects, generally (including drug development);

organisational change projects (including a stage-by-stage process and application-specific checklists);

acquisition and alliance (joint venture) projects (increasingly important in the pharma industry).
