ABSTRACT

Discrete Fourier Transform is one of the great mathematical solutions in DSP to convert the signals from discrete-time to discrete frequency, this chapter will present Method of Decimation-in-Frequency, and Method of Decimation-in-Time for the sequences. The Properties of Discrete Fourier Transform will discuss. Also Discrete Fourier Transform of a sequence in MATLAB and its application in Linear convolution and Generation of Inverse Discrete Fourier Transform (IDFT).
