Distributed neural network self-learning algorithm

In the neural network model, BP neural network model is one important model. In general, the connection weights between neurons, using BP algorithm and some learning rules to adjust, through this learning process, topology structure and learning the rules of the network is the same. Therefore, the neural network model of adaptability and learning ability need to further strengthen them (Zhang D.Y. 2011, Zhang W.M. et al. 2010).
