ABSTRACT

Bilingualism in Kazakhstan is mainly a phenomenon of the native nation and other small peoples. Many Russians speak the Kazakh language, but far from all. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan has given an instruction to prepare a draft resolution of the Central Committee and the Council of Ministers of the republic on the need to improve the study of the Kazakh language not just for Kazakhs, but members of other nationalities. In addition, it is necessary to improve the study of Russian. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan posits the task of correctly resolving these problems, to achieve the necessary level of ideological attention to the issue of strengthening the brotherhood and friendship of the peoples living in Kazakhstan. The Kazakh people, all the people of the republic do not think of themselves outside our united fatherland, the preservation of which reflects both the political and economic interests of multinational Kazakhstan.
