ABSTRACT
Workers of the republic, like all people of the Soviet Union, are bringing into effect decisions of the 27th Congress of the CPSU, demonstrating proud, patriotic efforts to transform its bold plans and ideas into practical action, to realize successfully the strategic line of the Party in accelerating the socioeconomic development of the country.
