ABSTRACT
Continuing the Three Musketeers analogy, the important requisite is loyalty and dedication to the team and team goals. The philosophy of “win as a team, fail as a team” is a formula for success with, the key phrase being “as a team.” Winning teams are composed of individuals who use their personal skills for the best interest of the team and do not take advantage of the team effort for individual advancement, glory, or recognition. Dedication calls for each team member to practice self-discipline to uphold the standards demanded of everyone and, if necessary, to make personal sacrices for the team effort.
