ABSTRACT
(p. 17) Islamic countries are at present being swept by an intellectual wave concerning economic planning and organization; along with this wave, has come a vast propaganda about what has sometimes been termed ‘socialism’ or ‘social justice’. Officials and experts have accordingly tried to establish an economic policy for the Islamic countries and to develop economic plans aimed at increasing national income and adopting what they have termed ‘socialism’ and ‘social justice’.
