ABSTRACT
In general, the economic factor is one of the most influential factors in an engineering project. In most industrial companies, part of the annual budget is allocated for the maintenance of concrete and steel structures to ensure their reliability during plant operations. The main challenge is to define the maintenance budget and how to spend this budget in the right manner.
