ABSTRACT
The Reference and User Services Association (RUSA), a division of the American Library Association (ALA), has the following mission: RUSA is responsible for stimulating and supporting in every type of library the delivery of reference/information services to all groups, regardless of age, and of general library services and materials to adults.
