ABSTRACT
CENDI is an interagency group composed of the Scientific and Technical Information (STI) managers from 13 federal agencies that are engaged in scientific and technical research and development (R&D) and supporting information management activities. For over 20 years, CENDI has been working formally and informally to improve the STI systems in the federal government. Its current membership represents the major science agencies, the national libraries, and agencies involved in the funding, dissemination, and long-term management of STI.
