ABSTRACT
Since Michelson invented the Fourier transform spectrometer in the 1880s, Fourier transform spectroscopy has been developed into diverse forms. It has become a powerful and sensitive tool in chemical analysis and is widely used in astronomy, physics, physical chemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, and environmental protection, as well as in optics and optical engineering.
