ABSTRACT
This entry addresses several aspects of organizational commitment (OC). First, the meaning of OC, i.e., the definitions and measurements of OC, is examined; second, the literature pertaining to the determinants and consequences of OC is reviewed; third, remaining issues and future research tasks are also discussed.
