ABSTRACT
Camilla Stivers is a scholar of significant merit and contribution with an illustrious publishing career in the field of public administration and public policy. Her work calls into question that which we take for granted and shows us that alternatives can, and do, exist. To this end, she is best known for her pioneering work on connections and collaboration with citizens and unpacking taken-for-granted norms and practices in the field of public administration.
