ABSTRACT
Thin layer chromatography (TLC) consists of the sample solution being applied as a spot or band on the origin of a layer spread on a support (the plate). This entry is focused on experimental procedures such as sample preparation, stationary phases, and mobile phases, and also provides several clinical studies based on chromatographic methods of analysis.
