ABSTRACT
We were asked to write this chapter because we all have experience of supported employment at Rethink Graphics in Brentwood, Essex. Rethink Graphics is a design and print business that is also part of Rethink Employment and Training. The staff work in the recovery model, aiming to increase people’s skills, confidence and career options through creative and administrative team work when they are referred, usually by the local CMHT.
