ABSTRACT
Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional value estimate methods of coal resources, based on the discussion of the characteristics of option of coal resources value, this paper proposes that in the value estimate of coal resources, the option value brought by the flexibility of management should be considered. This paper studies the option of postponing development, the option of expanding development and the option of giving up development respectively. It offers a new way for the value estimate of coal resources.
