ABSTRACT

For a long time in the past, there have existed vicious competitions among coal mining companies and unreasonable organizational structures in China’s coal industry. Under the condition of market economy, profitable competition mode must be introduced and the old organizational structure of China’s coal industry must be reformed. The paper describes the reasonability, feasibility, and the optimum mode of establishing coal enterprise groups based on the industrial organizational theory and the game theory, so as to provide a theoretical basis for reforming the coal industry’s organizational structure.
