ABSTRACT
The realization of optimal exploitation of mineral resources is very important for a coordinative development of resources, environment, and economy in China in the 21st century. The mining order of mineral resources in different mining areas was theoretically researched, and the coal resource, being taken as an example, was researched empirically. The result is of theoretical significance for a rational development of mineral resources in China.
