ABSTRACT
In a contributor book of this kind, it is clear that multiple perspectives on the topic will emerge. We make no apologies for this and instead argue that it is a strength, in part due to the richness of work in this area. This final chapter is therefore intended to be “democratic” by allowing all of the chapter authors to write a paragraph or two about how they approached their topics.
