ABSTRACT
The complexity of today’s work world has increased the need for teams and teamwork. Today’s technology now allows large numbers of multidisciplinary workers to be placed in dispersed collaborative work teams to accomplish multifaceted tasks. Indeed, it is often the case that these complex work tasks can only be performed by teams whose members are in different locations.
