ABSTRACT
TOP-Modeler was developed under contract from the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences, in conjunction with Hughes, General Motors, EDS, DEC, and Hewlett-Packard. TOP-Modeler is a decision-support system for manufacturing organizations to help them identify the organizational changes required when new process technologies are being considered.
