ABSTRACT

Quality assurance is becoming essential to ensure the best educational services in meeting or even exceeding the established standards as designed by the system. Guarantee and improvement of the quality of national education is directed at the realization of the implementation of well-designed education, in this case will be focusing on schooling, which provides assurance to generate a well-educated person. Therefore, in order to meet the purpose of quality improvement, data and information on quality assurance must be well-managed, carefully analyzed, accessible, used to encourage planning, decision-making, resource allocation and improvement programs. The quality assurance system should ultimately build a culture of continuous quality improvement in schools and structures that facilitate the delivery of education.
