ABSTRACT

Thermophysical properties data, including thermodynamic and transport properties, are fundamental to the clear understanding of supercritical fluid (SCF) processes and technology. Benchmark experimental measurements provide the best check of theoretically based predictive models for the thermophysical properties of SCF, including CO2 and CO2-rich mixtures. For this reason, a review of published data is given herein. Only highly accurate thermophysical property data, capable of testing predictive models, have been considered in this context.
