Many reviews have been published on the purification of mouse polyclonal or myeloma immunoglobulins (Igs) 1 - 5 or mouse monoclonal antibodies (MAbs). 6 Most of the points developed in Chapter 15 (rat Ig or MAb purification) can also be applied for mouse Ig purification.
