ABSTRACT
Rat monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) may be used as immunospecific staining reagents in direct and indirect peroxidase methods. Immunoperoxidase procedures allow detection, visualization, and localization of antigens in tissues of many species, particularly of rats, mice, or humans.
