ABSTRACT
Subway lines have major parts locates underground and they are complex projects that include different structural parts, need a lot of financial resources for development and require a long time for construction. Such projects are therefore very much sensitive to many unpredictable moments that may cause additional costs. Risk management analyses and measures used for the control of the project development do not consider safety of labour only but investigate possibly discrepancies from the planned project schedule and respective planned costs.
