Cannabis may be grown outdoors, in greenhouses, or indoors. Indoor and greenhouse growing may be in soil or by hydroponics. Many considerations go into choosing a growing method. Outdoor growing utilizes Mother Nature for light, temperature, and humidity, while indoor growing utilizes expensive equipment to control the environmental conditions. Indoor growing media may be different based on grower preference for indoor cultivation; for example, soil and hydroponics.
