ABSTRACT
As the cannabis industry emerges and matures in North America, it becomes relevant to consider quality assurance principles. Unfortunately, the scientific literature offers little guidance in this area, as most of the necessary science was never performed due to federal restrictions. Hazekamp [1] reported quality differences between legal and illicit cannabis in the Netherlands, showing legal cannabis significantly cleaner using the measures reported.
