ABSTRACT
Data in this chapter may be updated by a Medline search using the keywords: granulomatous disease, Wegener’s granulomatosis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, sarcoidosis, Churg Strauss syndrome, cocaine-induced midline destructive lesion, nose and paranasal sinuses. The evidence is mainly levels 2/3 with some level 4 randomized trials. The clinical recommendations are predominantly grades C with some B and D.
