ABSTRACT
We plan to erect a look-out tower consisting of a tubular shell of the form of a hyperboloid of revolution on the mountain by the city, which will provide a panoramic view of the entire valley. We describe the single mantel rotational shell made from square hollow sections, and its spiral staircase attached to a central column.
