ABSTRACT
This paper summarizes the slope hazard assessment and mapping done for an already constructed road in a hilly area in Nepal. It is hoped that it will be of use in the maintenance and management of the target road while at the same time setting a precedence to initiate similar works on other roads Simplified guidelines for hazard rating are suggested based on the experience in this project.
