ABSTRACT
This paper makes evident some particular aspects concerning the great modifications of the natural landslide hazard induced in a hydropower plant area. Two examples are given, and two models for failure probability assessment are proposed. The landslide risk assessment requires a very complex approach needing multidisciplinary support.
