ABSTRACT
We refer to the outline of construction of twin tunnels in sandy soil with confined water, that are very close at 0.8m to 3.8m distance. And we report the stresses of support members based on the field measurements, that were observed at two monitoring sections where the distance of twin tunnels is different. Finally, we summarize a couple of notes for the design concept regarding the twin tunnels at very close.
