ABSTRACT
The Enterprise Capanda is accomplishment of the Angolan Government, acted by GAMEK – Cabinet of Middle Kwanza River Development – and his construction was under the responsibility of the Brazilian-Soviet Consortium, constituted by the Constructor Norberto Odebrecht S.A. from Brazil, responsible for the civil works and for Technopromexport from Russian, responsible for the project, supply and assembly of the generation equipments.
