ABSTRACT
Our goal in system design is to support, extend, and positively transform the work of individuals, teams and businesses through computer systems. We use the term system to refer to a complete system that includes hardware, software, services, and support. Contextual inquiry was developed to help achieve this goal and to meet three challenges.
