Drought Prediction in the Sahel?

In a paper to be published in ASEQUA ¹ 7 Bulletin in early 1981 by Hugues Faure, from CNRS ² and University of Marseille-Luminy (France), and Jean-Yves Gac, a geologist at ORSTOM ³ in Dakar (Sénégal), it is shown that the Sénégal river discharge, measured since the beginning of this century shows a cyclic pattern.
