ABSTRACT
A computer-based truck dispatching system for automated haulage control in Yugoslavian open-pit mines will be introduced by this paper. It will describe the fundamental aspects of mining equipment control and the possible control solutions. The computer-based truck dispatching system was designed, and implemented by Control System Engineering - CSE Energoinvest, Yugoslavia. It is designed to respond to all control situations and meet various technical and functional requirements in Yugoslavian open-pit coal mines.
