ABSTRACT
Two cases of this unusual type of therapy were reported in the journal of the Westminster Medical School students’ and the ‘therapeutic iron’ is still on display in the Medical School Museum. The cases were observed by Rosin whilst working in Rhodesia (Zimbabwe).
