ABSTRACT
Forget about rhino horn and instead visit the annual NIOSA (Night in Old San Antonio) Fiesta which is one of the largest in the USA. Its international flavour includes Sauerkraut Bend, French Quarter, Main Street and Frontier Town. It is the latter which has a stall for Calf Fries, supposed to be one of the best aphrodisiacs.
