ABSTRACT

The researches had as purpose to establish the optimum working parameters at the flotation of a complex auriferous ore, by replacing chemical activators and depressors with the anodic dissolution of the suitable metallic electrodes. In order to programme the laboratory tests was used the gradients method of factorial planning, which treats the simultaneous change for all the factors and reduces the tests’ number and the time necessary for reaching the optimum. The researches proved the efficiency of using metallic electrodes due to the increasing of metal recoveries, metal contents in the concentrates, decreasing appreciably the consumptions of expensive reagents. The method has considerable ecological and social effects, related to the removal of cyan ions from water and air.
