ABSTRACT

The problem of the powerful excavator – draglane automation is becoming actual in conjunction with creation of the new progressive opencast mining technology. Technological schemes for opencast mining suppose to use a pair “draglane – truck”. The effective work of pairs operation of pairs “draglane – truck”, “draglane – bunker” or “draglane – railway wagon” may be done only in the case if draglain control system allows accurate bucket positioning for unloading without fluctuations

Draglane bucket does movement like a physical pendulum. Available mechanical devices allow to unload the bucket only in the case if the fluctuations are absented. Operator itself can eliminate the fluctuations but it takes him lot of time.
