ABSTRACT
Yield and crop quality depend on effective application of herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers, growth regulators, etc. Inadequate quantity of chemical wastes time, money, and materials. An overdose adds to the cost, may damage the crop, and can cause environmental pollution. Proper selection, use, and maintenance of application equipment saves money and chemicals and preserves the environment.
