ABSTRACT
Gravimetric monitoring was applied to determine density changes connected with strain fields variations within the rock masses, caused by coal mining. Observation stations were located on the surface and in three mine roads. During 13 periods of monitoring measurements the relation between anomalous changes of gravity and occurence of rock bursts was analysed. Certain positive correlation was found out after complex processing.
