ABSTRACT
This article presents the database “Information card” designed for making a databank of objects-analogues, which characterize the potentially-dangerous and deformed railway embankments for the network of Russian railways. With using this database, was executed categorization of such objects; calculation of criterions of their similarity and the grouping of cognate embankments; creation of accounted models, which are using for the development of group (standard) technical solutions on the reinforcement of embankments. As such solutions are offerred, aside from the traditional berms, the walls from the reinforced soil, walls of Terramesh system, gabions, jacking anchorage elements, root pipes, etc.
