ABSTRACT
In these notes we will present a survey of mathematical results on a free boundary problem in combustion which we have recently obtained in [CLW1] and [CLW2] (joint work with L. A. Caffarelli), in [LW], and in [LVW] (joint work with J. L. Vázquez).
