ABSTRACT
This chapter introduces several new generalizations of greatest common divisor (GCD)-domains and studies the relationships between them and the domains having the GL-property or the PSP-property and the domains having the IP-property or the CP-property. It defines the various new generalizations of GCD-domains and of domains satisfying Gauss’s Lemma and gives some basic relationships among them. The chapter also presents new characterizations of the GL-property and the PSP-property and gives several counterexamples.
